At Scent Therapy, every product is handcrafted in small batches with natural ingredients—meaning tiny variations in color, texture, or scent are normal and part of the charm. Because these are personal-care items, all sales are final.

That said, your happiness matters. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to make it right.

If there’s an issue with your order

Email us within 5 days and include:

• Order number

• A clear photo of the item and packaging (including any damage)

• A brief description of the issue

Once received, we’ll review and may offer a replacement, store credit, or another reasonable solution at our discretion.
